Forensic Psychiatry | Expert Witness Services
Dr. Brockett provides psychiatric expert witness services in civil and criminal litigation, including independent mental evaluations, forensic reports, and expert testimony. Medical-legal consultations are accepted exclusively through attorney referral and begin only after execution of a formal retainer agreement.

He has served as a court-appointed psychiatric expert in criminal matters at the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, since 2016. He also serves as an Expert Reviewer for the Medical Board of California and as a Medical Expert for the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, State of New York, conducting independent mental evaluations and reviewing matters involving standards of care.
